Terms & Conditions of Open Group Event Registration
All registration fees must be paid prior to attending an Open Group event. Payment will be in the currency chosen when registering, and local Sales Tax/VAT will be added to the registration fee unless otherwise stated.
CANCELLATION OF EVENT
The Open Group reserves the right to vary or cancel an event in the light of bookings and to vary the duration and content without prior warning. In the event of cancellation, The Open Group will return all monies paid to The Open Group in respect of that event.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
All cancellations must be submitted by email and sent to registration. Cancellation by any other means will not be effective. In the event of cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event, an administration fee of 5% will be charged. No refund will be available in the event of cancellation 7 days or less prior to the event.
Substitutions may be made at any time without payment of an administration fee.
Where special rates are selected, proof of eligibility for such rates may be required. Please visit our Event web site for a full list of rates.
Attendees should be aware that several speakers maintain copyright on their slides and on other materials relating to their presentations. Where copyright is not acknowledged, then the slides and materials must be treated as Copyright © The Open Group. Additionally, certain information is confidential to The Open Group, in particular records of meetings, presentations, and other materials relating to the Forum meetings, Council meetings and any other meetings that are restricted to members.
By completing your registration, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
All the materials provided to attendees are covered by The Open Group Event Non-Disclosure Agreement.
