Exclusive Governing Board Work Groups for Platinum Members

As industry leaders, Platinum Members of The Open Group incubate key standards and certification initiatives. At an appropriate time these Work Groups may be opened up to other members. They currently include:

• The Governing Board Business Work Group [1] defines the role and methodology of Business Architecture and develops The Open Group Certification Program for Business Architects.
• The Governing Board Certified Architect (Open CA) Work Group [2] develops the certification standards for The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA) program (formerly ITAC).
• The Governing Board Certified IT Specialist (Open CITS) Work Group [3] develops the certification standards for The Open Group Certified IT Specialist (Open CITS) program (formerly ITSC).
• The Governing Board UNIX Work Group [4] manages the strategy for the UNIX standard.
